I received my master degree in Bioinformatics from University of Tor Vergata in Rome, Italy. After an internship period in Novartis (Basel, Switzerland) I started working in the Calogero lab at University of Torino, Italy, being enrolled in the PhD program in Complex Systems for Life Science. During the three years of the PhD, I developed several tools for single cell RNA-seq analysis. After the PhD, I got a one year fellowship sponsored by GARR (Gestione Ampliamento Rete Ricerca, Italy), to develop data mining algorithms for single cell omics using neural network and machine learning approaches . Currently I'm working in Chiarle lab, studying the CH12F3 B-lymphoma cell line to analyze HTGTS data focusing on translocation events.
